I am cheating in a way, when posting to these sites. Many of my posts get started via Google Reader or when I upload a photo to Flickr. When I share a post, or upload a photo, I have configured a free service called Twitter Feed to pickup any new items and post them to my Twitter account. I also setup Twitter to automatically post to Facebook as well. So it looks like I am busy, but all of this happens in a matter of seconds from one click of a mouse.

I also integrate my social network activity mentioned above to my lifestream page, which automatically gets updated, for your viewing pleasure.

RSS feeds are a great way to keep in touch with the websites you visit often. With RSS, you really don’t need to visit the site everyday to stay up-to-date. You can pull the RSS feed from just about any site today, into one central location. I tried just about all of them, but the one that I use on a daily basis, no matter what platform I’m on, is Google Reader. If you have a free google account, you already have access to Google Reader. What I like even more about it, is you can share out feed posts to your friends that use Google Reader, with a click of a button. You can also email a feed post directly from Reader as well.
